Welcome to North Carolina’s PREMIER Outdoor Shooting Range.
Our 1,000yd rifle range opened July 4th 2015! Our NRA-certified instructor firearms training consists of basic pistol safety courses, NC concealed carry courses, long-range precision rifle courses, AR-15 carbine courses, tactical shotgun courses, along with additional tactical training upon request. Our firearms shooting range has covered pistol shooting lanes and concrete pads and we strive for the perfection of Firearm Safety. Special events, fundraisers, or corporate retreats are also available.

Our outdoor shooting range is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays. Members have access to the shooting range Monday through Sunday. Our gun range is an easy drive through the beautiful country side. We are easily accessible from areas such as Raleigh, Cary, Holly Springs, Apex, Durham, Knightdale, Wendell, Zebulon, Louisburg, Henderson, Oxford, Chapel Hill, Rocky Mount, Nashville, Clayton, Goldsboro, Roanoke Rapids, Wilson and Lake Gaston.

Our gun range membership list consists of counties from the mountains of NC to the coastline of NC. Ashe, Burke, Stokes, Rockingham, Caswell, Person, Granville, Vance, Halifax, Warren, North Hampton, Bertie, Camden, Dare, Hyde, Onslow, Pender, Bladen, Wake, Durham, Johnson, Franklin, Nash and many more. Out of state long range precision members from Georgia, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, South Carolina and Virginia. All are welcome!

ABOUT PAUL
Our goal at Frontline Defense Firearms Training Center and Range is to provide you with a one-stop shop for your firearms education, training and equipment needs. A Veteran-owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and the best prices in the industry.

A lifelong firearms enthusiast and honorably-discharged military veteran, I have completed many recognized training programs including the FBI’s Advanced Marksmanship Observation Course, the US Army Sniper School (where I graduated as a Distinguished Honor Graduate for both courses) and the NRA.
My service in the military began with the 1st of the 75th Army Airborne Rangers. I was deployed to Operation Desert Shield/Storm with the US Army’s 24th Infantry Division, and upon returning, served with the US Army 509th Pathfinders, where I also commanded the US Army Special Reaction Team’s Sniper Unit at Fort Rucker, Alabama. I finished my military service as an undercover narcotics investigator in the US Army Criminal Investigation Division.

I wanted to find a way to share these positive experiences with my friends and family, and I became involved with the NRA and completed the NC Concealed Carry Course of Instruction. More recently I graduated from the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors Course and the North Carolina Private Protective Services Board Certified Unarmed Guard Instructor and Armed Guard Firearms Instructor — helping me further serve the needs of the community.
With the increased demand for my firearms training, I found many of my students lacked the training and guidance to help them through their first firearms purchase, and having a place to train and shoot. This need became one of the guiding principles of Frontline Defense: a company that offers education, training and equipment with one-on-one customer service and a mission to “do it once and do it right”.
