Range Procedures and Rules

This application is for membership of the Frontline Defense Firearms Training Center and Range, LLC and will be (hereinafter referred to as “the range”).

This is a membership club, which allows guests to come with paid members in good standing. Guests and visitors will be allowed to participate at the range after they attend a free range orientation class (about 10 minutes). Guests and visitors will pay the stated fees. Full access to the entire range is not available to guests and visitors. Guests and visitors are only allowed to the range on Saturdays and Sundays at this time. Members may have no more than 2 guests per visit at the range. Members are responsible for their guests while on the range. Guests limited to 3 visits per year at the guest rate, visitor rates apply after the third visit.

Any person over the age of 18 who is a legal United States resident is allowed to apply for range membership. Applicant understands that membership is solely for the purpose of target shooting and training with firearms, or any other recreational uses involving firearms. Hunting is not allowed on the range or any adjoining property within range boundaries. No investment returns or economic profits have been declared to the applicant. Memberships are non-transferable and the initiation fee as may be paid hereunder is nonrefundable.

Membership is a revocable license subject to permitted renewal and termination at the sole discretion of the range. Membership is not considered ownership in any percentage of the range. The range reserves the right to terminate memberships in the range, to discontinue operation of the range’s facilities, to sell or dispose of the range’s facilities in any manner whatsoever. If the range elects to terminate the range memberships, applicant shall be entitled to a pro-rated refund of the annual dues remaining for that calendar year that was unused due to closing. In no event shall the applicant be entitled to a full refund of annual dues or any portion of the initiation fee.

Applicant understands that the range maybe closed or restricted from time to time for training, scheduled maintenance, or competitions. All changes will be posted on the range website calendar. The range reserves the right to change hours or close due to inclement weather. Members are responsible for checking the website before coming to the range.

The only approved targets/items to be shot at on the range are paper targets purchased or brought by you, cardboard/steel targets used in competitions, or cardboard/steel targets set up by the range. No outside or foreign objects allowed as targets on the range (plastic bottles, cans, etc.).

Individual Membership and Family Membership, including Lifetime Membership of each will be set with the current rate as reflected on the Membership Application Form. After the initial 500 slots are full, if the range decides to extend more membership positions, the rate of membership fees may increase for new applicants at the range’s discretion.

All rifle ranges, pistol areas, shotgun, sporting clay, shoot house, and archery areas will have full access by Members only. Shoot house and other training areas will not be opened except for on the weekends and under staff supervision. The shoot house is established for enhanced training skills, not just to shoot off rounds. This is a member club and safety will not be compromised at any time.

Members in good standing have access to the range Monday–Sunday. NO GUESTS OR VISITORS ALLOWED MONDAY–FRIDAY at this time. This is a zero tolerance policy and violation will result in immediate termination of membership of all parties involved and the forfeit of all annual and initiation fees.

New application fees and annual range dues are due upon application. Annual dues will be pro-rated for the remainder of the year. Annual dues are required on April 1st of the following year and are considered past due after May 10th of that same year. Past due fees will put your account on immediate suspension and after 30 days you will forfeit your membership and all associated fees. To reinstate it you will need to re-apply for membership at the current rates.

Members agree to follow all range rules at all times and understand the rules can be changed at the range’s discretion. The range agrees to notify all members of any range policy changes in a timely manner. All changes will be posted at the check-in area. Membership can be revoked at any time for violations of Range Policies and all associated fees can be forfeited.

This is a COLD RANGE. Upon entrance, no magazines, loaded or unloaded, are allowed in any firearm while transporting from vehicles to range areas. Concealed carry firearms must be unloaded upon entrance to the range. All firearms must be in a holster or gun bag while transporting across the range. If a gun cart is used, muzzle must be pointed downward.
